No soap in any of the self-service bays, I could get my car cleaner by running my hand over it in the rain rather than a high-pressure blast of lukewarm water from this place.

I have a membership and go here daily. I wont go to a car wash that touches my car. I've seen the circles it leaves in your paint. My brand new car deserves better LOL. Love this location. Expectations knowing that since it's touchless it doesnt clean the same as other places. I am 100% okay with that. Membership is cheap too. You can go to Hurricane as well with membership, but this location is much better.

This car wash is terrible!!! They never have more than one touchless bay open and more often than not, neither bay open! What's even worse is that even when one gets reopened, it still isn't working properly. Drips soap on your cleaned vehicle as the dryer blows which makes your vehicle look awful with soap streaks all over it, but oddly enough, it usually doesn't even have soap spray out when it's supposed to! And the worst part of it all.....is that since there isn't another touchless car wash close, I'm the idiot that keeps going back with major disappointment every time! It's like they know they've got you so they never fix or maintain it.....just sad!

I came & used the first automatic car wash to the left hand side today, it wasn’t until after I had paid for my $10 wash & the control arm started moving that I noticed the rubber hose was not connected to metal tub dispensing the soap. I still had to turn around & spend another $5 to wash it clean. I would recommend a more hands on team available at the site for things such as this & maybe a refund for half of a car wash.

I have been washing my cars here for many years and never had a problem. Even though a couple bays were closed and the foam didn't work at mine it's still a nice place. The vending and change machines are usually stocked and working, most of the time there is an attendant working if you need help. For me this place is 5 stars!
